AdventHealth Mansfield is seeking a RN for night shift with flexible contract assignments through StaffFlex. You will deliver expert nursing care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across facilities within AdventHealth’s network.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting ongoing professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Competenze

• Must possess RN license and be able to practice in Texas.
• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).

Mansioni

• Demonstrates critical thinking to assess patient and plan care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe patient placement and transfers.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
