Job summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in forming the overall care plan for assigned patients.
- Assess biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Document patient status and data using the nursing process.
- Provide care via therapeutic use of self and evidence-based practice.
