Mercy South is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Labor & Delivery team for day shift, part-time. You will deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or Compact license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) and/or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes.
