Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Rowlett, TX. Night shifts are available across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year L&D experience preferred.

Responsibilities include monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and documentation. Benefits include healthcare coverage, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with physicians, nurses and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families during labor and delivery.
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
