Job summary

Summerlin Hospital, a 496-bed facility with emergency services, maternity, NICU, pediatric ICU and cancer care, seeks an experienced RN to provide safe, competent nursing care and professional leadership to the healthcare team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and service excellence within a high-volume environment.

You will align with the hospital's standards, oversee staff, and ensure quality outcomes. Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with licensure in Nevada.
• BSN preferred; specialty training may be required.
• Current RN license in Nevada and BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as department requires; pre-employment assessments may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Uphold Patient Centered Care as the foundation of nursing.
• Oversees and guides supervised staff; maintain Service Excellence.
