Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join our growing team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will care for expectant mothers and families, collaborate with physicians and midwives, and ensure high-quality labor and delivery care.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or in progress.
• Experience in labor and delivery or women’s health preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and perform routine procedures as ordered.
• Assist with labor inductions, epidurals, and other interventions.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families.
• Document patient status and interventions in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Summary

• Assist with labor inductions, epidurals, and other interventions as appropriate
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies
• Respond to emergency situations and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for mothers and newborns

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in labor and delivery or women’s health nursing strongly preferred
• Up-to-date BLS and ACLS certifications
