Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for Labor and Delivery. This full-time, 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM) is unionized and non-exempt, offering critical care to mothers and newborns with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), CA RN license, BLS, ACLS when applicable, and strong medication administration and IV skills. Arcadia location, competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in California is required.
• ACLS certification required when appropriate; BLS certification is required.
• Possess basic computer skills is required.
• One-year acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate care for each patient.
• Coordinate care with LVN, CNA, nursing student, and logistics technician.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement activities.
• Demonstrate IRAISE values in all patient care interactions.
