Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Fort Worth, TX. The role supports laboring mothers with obstetric teams, managing vitals, fetal monitoring, and medications including epidurals. Strong communication and EHR proficiency are required.

Minimum ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification are mandatory. Experience in Labor & Delivery is preferred; multiple shift types are available.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery or related field preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork with physicians and nurses

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team
• Monitor vitals, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervening as needed
• Administer medications including epidurals and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines
