Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs; create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Build relationships, manage discomfort, and maintain professionalism to foster therapeutic connections.
• Create care plans reflecting values to aid in resolving issues.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members, empowering them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly to ensure safe patient care.
• Use problem-solving strategies with patients and families while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to peers' development and demonstrate commitment to community service.
