Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Community Hospital of San Bernardino is seeking a Per Diem Labor & Delivery RN to support expectant families through the birthing process, ensuring safe, respectful, and memorable deliveries.

You will provide comprehensive bedside care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, monitor fetal and maternal vitals, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and help supervise unit operations to uphold patient safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience in an acute care hospital.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vitals and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Act as clinical leader by supervising unit operations and patient safety.
