Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
• 2 years of LD or ED or ICU experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leads the healthcare team by establishing an authentic relationship with the patient and support system.
• Collaborates with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Educates patient and support system; ensures completion of nursing interventions and medical orders.
• Documents information and communicates using SBARQ; maintains patient safety and quality care.
