Job summary

Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a fast‑paced Labor & Delivery unit. A minimum of 1 year of L&D RN experience, active Florida RN license, and BLS is required; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be needed for NICU areas.

Qualifications

Must hold an active Florida RN license.
Minimum 1 year of L&D RN experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required for NICU areas.

Responsibilities

Provide care for high-acuity patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
Respond to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient care.
Demonstrate compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
