Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.

• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet patient goals.
• Provide patient education and discharge teaching.
• Attend mandatory in-services and participate in unit education activities.
