Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced registered nurse for hospital-based care in Oklahoma. The role involves assessing patients, prioritizing serious conditions, and implementing care plans across neonatal to geriatric populations.

You will work closely with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The position requires a valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license, current BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE certifications, and the ability to meet physical demands,

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Must have an Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
• Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check and Drug Screen).
• Ability to meet physical demands (stand; walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying and interpreting serious situations, prioritizing, and immediately deciding upon and taking proper action.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses to provide care across the life span.
• Develop a plan of care by interviewing patient and family, reviewing health records, and determining care needs.
• Initiate emergency measures when physician is not immediately available and take resuscitative actions as needed.
• Operate and monitor general and specialized emergency equipment (infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, monitors).
• Document nursing interventions, outcomes, and coordinate with other disciplines; ensure plan of care is followed.
