LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, supervise staff, and uphold the highest nursing standards in a clinical setting. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice at all times.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, Magnet-aligned practice, patient safety, and ongoing quality improvement, with responsibilities across staffing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Enrolled in BSN program with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing activities and staff performance.
• Conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, and addresses performance issues.
• Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Participates in policy formulation and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Mentors staff and promotes evidence-based practices.
• Coordinates resource use and maintains documentation.
