Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN must be obtained within four years if RN has <12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN is preferred and will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family and team involvement, including education and referrals.
• Implement and coordinate care with time, supplies, and resources per plan.
• Evaluate patient response and revise plan of care as indicated.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, documentation, and compliance with licensure.
