Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing education program.
• Active RN license in applicable state(s).
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Foster effective communication, feedback, and team delegation.
• Pursue professional development and maintain required certifications.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and support integrated patient care.
• May float to other units as needed.
