• Provide direct care to laboring patients through delivery and postpartum recovery.
• Monitor maternal and fetal vitals and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and the care team.
• Educate families during the birthing process and ensure policy compliance.
