Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Travel RN for Labor & Delivery in Winfield, KS. Night shifts are 3×12 hours (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 hours per week. 13‑week assignment, open to local candidates at the same pay rate.

Requires KS or compact RN license, ACLS/BLS/NRP, and at least 2 years of L&D experience in a community hospital setting. Duties include antepartum to postpartum care and fetal monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active KS or compact RN license required at time of consideration.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
• Assist vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and obstetric procedures as needed.
• Monitor fetal status and manage active labor using standard protocols.
• Administer Pitocin, magnesium sulfate, and antihypertensives as ordered.
