Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
• c-EFM certification within 1 year of hire.
• 1-2 years of L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document patient care and nursing notes.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Educate patients and families about care and discharge.
• Collaborate with health team to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient safety, hydration and elimination.
