Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Springfield, MA area for the following position: Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in Antepartum, Birthing, Gynecology, or Pelvic exams are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shift(s) available: day, night, and mid shift

Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field (preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare team
• Proficiency in EHR systems and medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers, collaborating with obstetricians and healthcare providers
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates; intervene as necessary
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status, changes, and outcomes per guidelines
