Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Florida nursing license current.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in acute care Women's Services nursing.
• One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS or required specialty training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and provide clinical and administrative leadership in one or more defined areas.
• Direct and facilitate staff to obtain safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Support facility vision, mission and goals; provide professional leadership to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate patient-centered care as the foundation of nursing activities.
