Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in delivering patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources; lead and partner on interdisciplinary team.
• Use data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Foster customer satisfaction and staff morale; improve nursing practice.
