Qualifications

• RN license or diploma in nursing required.
• Degree options include Associate, Bachelor's, or RN Diploma.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Implements current nursing strategies, including employee rounding and hourly rounds.
• Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and supports performance evaluations.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
