Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of analytics work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, data sources, and visuals to guide labor decisions.
• Perform complex analysis of hourly payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Support existing analytical tools and dashboards and pursue process improvements.
