Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in class and individual employment litigation matters

• Draft and review personnel policies and employment agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other written work product
• Work directly with clients from diverse industries across the country
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues in the Labor & Employment Group on complex matters
• Take ownership of assigned matters from start to finish

Established (Over 50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for Labor & Employment in San Francisco, CA

An established global firm based in San Francisco, CA with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, handling wage and hour class and individual actions, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. The firm is consistently ranked among the top firms in the Am Law Global 100 and is home to a nationally recognized trial team with multiple U.S. Supreme Court victories.

Offer:

Salary range: $260,000-$365,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis in wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and employee accommodations
• Experience with personnel policies, employment agreements, and other labor and employment issues
• JD from an accredited law school with solid academic performance
• Good standing with the CA State Bar
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and initiative to take ownership over work and career
