Eden Rose USA, a leading California law firm, seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney at Counsel or Partner level to support its established practice. The role combines complex employer-side litigation with advisory work, all under a fully remote arrangement.

Senior Associates looking to advance are also welcome; no portable book of business is required. Base salary ranges from $285,000 to $300,000, with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of management-side Labor & Employment experience.
• Strong experience handling employment litigation and counselling matters.
• Experience advising employers on a broad range of issues including wage-and-hour and discrimination.
• Knowledge of CA PAGA is advantageous.
• Excellent research, writing, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to independently manage matters and develop litigation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Counsel or represent employers in complex employment matters, including litigation and advisory work.
• Develop and lead litigation strategies and respond to disputes.
• Provide practical employment counselling to protect clients' interests.

The Firm:

Base Salary: $285,000–$300,000 plus bonus and benefits

A leading California law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney at Counsel or Partner level to support the continued growth of its established employment practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse range of employer-side employment matters, combining complex litigation with employment counselling and advisory work.

The firm is also open to hearing from Senior Associates looking to take the next step in their careers and progress towards a Counsel or Partner-level position.

No portable book of business is required.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in management-side Labor & Employment law.
• Strong experience handling employment litigation and counselling matters.
• Experience advising employers on a broad range of employment-related issues.
• Experience with wage-and-hour disputes, employment discrimination and harassment matters.
• Exposure to California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters would be advantageous.
• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop effective litigation strategies and independently manage employment matters.
• Fully remote working arrangement.
