L&D Nurses provide quality care to mothers and babies, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to assess and develop care plans during the perinatal period. They perform all nursing duties per state nurse practice acts and facility policies, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
