Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery for a Critical Access Hospital in Polson, Montana. The ideal candidate has recent L&D experience and can manage obstetric care across the full continuum.

Night shift 7 PM to 7 AM, 13-week contract, guaranteed hours, travel nursing with Epic charting. BLS/NRP required; STABLE preferred. Travel and accommodations provided, compensation listed weekly.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Travel nursing experience required.
• Epic experience required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• CLC and STABLE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care across labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum.
• Provide OB triage and manage C-sections as circulating nurse.
• Monitor and support obstetric patients overnight.
• Assist with phone coverage, IV starts and duties when census varies.
• Float only within L&D; no other patient assignments outside area.
• Night shift 7 PM–7 AM with 30-minute callback time.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery/LDRP for a Critical Access Hospital in Polson, Montana. This role requires a seasoned traveler with recent L&D experience who is comfortable caring for patients throughout the full continuum of obstetric care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Previous Travel Nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• CLC and STABLE certifications preferred

Clinical Experience Required:

• Labor & Delivery
• LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
• OB Triage
• Sterile Vaginal Exams
• Circulating for C-Sections
• Labor & Delivery Management
• Night Shift: 3x12s (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Every Other Weekend
• Floating Required
  • Assist with phone coverage, IV starts, and support tasks when L&D census is low
  • No patient assignments outside designated area
• Call Requirement
  • Maximum once per pay period
  • 30-minute callback time
