TriStar Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery Float Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple L&D units in the Middle Tennessee network. You will support labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care, monitor maternal-fetal status, administer medications, assist with procedures and respond to emergencies.

Collaboration with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and support staff is essential to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
