Job summary

TriStar Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery Float Pool Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple L&D and mother-baby units in Middle Tennessee. You will assess and monitor mothers and infants, interpret fetal heart tracings, assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and respond to obstetric emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred or required.
• Experience in labor and delivery or maternity care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor mothers and newborns in L&D and mother-baby units.
• Interpret fetal heart tracings and respond to abnormalities.
• Assist vaginal and cesarean deliveries and support obstetric emergencies.
