Advise management clients on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), wage and hour, and general workplace issues
Handle litigation matters including employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, and class actions
Conduct motion practice, manage discovery, and take/defend depositions
Work closely with clients on compliance and policy development
Support matters involving executive compensation, employee benefits, and international employment issues
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Collaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior associates
7–10 years of employment law experience, preferably at a management-side law firm
Substantial litigation experience, including depositions, motion drafting, and discovery
Familiarity with wage/hour and employment class action matters
Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and efficiently
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admitted and in good standing in New York, or actively pursuing admission
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent legal degree
Strong academic record required
Admission to the New York Bar or active steps toward admission
Strong litigation and counseling experience in employment law
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Effective client communication and relationship management
Ability to supervise and mentor junior attorneys
High attention to detail, judgment, and time management
