Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Manager, Labeling Product Owner, based in Raynham, MA or other U.S. sites.

You will define and deliver the Labeling System product, guiding cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to align business needs with a technology roadmap. You will own end-to-end labeling delivery, ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness, and manage vendor relationships while driving cost efficiency and global rollout

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT product management or labeling systems.
• Experience with labeling in regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices/pharma).
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM data flows and integrations across data mgmt layers.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supply Chain and manufacturing priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end Labeling solution delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure GMP, data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, including scope, performance, and budgets.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs; develop Total cost of ownership models.
