Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Technical Documentation, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in packaging artwork, label design, graphic design, or related work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise product labeling, packaging artwork, and manuals per specifications.
• Update artwork files to support product maintenance and supplier changes.
• Ensure revisions are accurate and meet requirements.
• Manage backlog and prioritize labeling projects within timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Quality, Engineering, Marketing, and Sourcing.
• Track project status and communicate updates; escalate delays.
• Maintain labeling procedures, quality standards, and documentation.
