Tnemec Company, Inc. is seeking a Labeling Technician to support manufacturing by preparing and applying product labels and managing labeling materials.

The role involves operating labeling equipment, verifying label accuracy, and coordinating with production, purchasing, and receiving teams to meet schedules. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with labeling, packaging, or warehouse roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce product labels for Production departments per schedules and requests.
• Verify label accuracy of product information, lot numbers, dates, and quantities before use.
• Operate, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot labeling and label application equipment.
• Apply labels to containers and packaging materials in accordance with procedures.
• Serve as backup to other Labeling Technicians and assist with labeling batches as needed.
• Monitor inventory of labels and labeling supplies; place orders as needed.
