Job summary

Abbott in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Labeling Specialist I to oversee change control for product labeling and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. The role focuses on proofreading labeling copies and developing labeling specifications within the Structural Heart division, Monday–Friday business hours.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple labeling projects, and coordinate approvals across sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Science, English, Business, or related field to ensure technical accuracy.
• 1–2 years in a technical/quality or operational area.
• Ability to solve problems, manage projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage change control packages for product labeling.
• Proofread labeling copy at various stages.
• Develop and maintain labeling-related specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with new product teams and project assignments.
• Coordinate labeling approvals with other sites.
• Reprioritize quickly to respond to customer needs.
• Ensure documentation meets Quality, Regulatory, and GMP requirements.
