This entry‑level role supports Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, ensuring controlled documents and labels are accurate, current, and ready for audits, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of work experience in quality or document control.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the document control system per cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Coordinate creation, review, and approval of product labels and packaging artwork.
• Maintain labeling master files and ensure only current, approved labels are used.
• Support internal and external audits with document retrieval and evidence of control.
• Input data to create and revise material and method masters in the ERP system.
