Innvoke is seeking a Label Production Specialist to operate slitter and turret rewinder machines, turning large master rolls into finished, customer-ready label rolls with strict quality control. You’ll work in a fast-paced finishing department, maintaining precision and efficiency to meet daily production goals.

In this role you will setup blades, monitor tension, and log production data while ensuring the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a label and print/bindery environment preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality.
• Comfort with measurements (fractions/decimals) and fine adjustments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting where accuracy matters.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitter and rewinder machines according to job specs to produce customer-ready rolls.
• Position and adjust blades to ensure exact widths and clean cuts.
• Inspect labels during rewinding to identify and remove defects for 100% accuracy.
• Monitor speed, tension, and alignment to prevent wrinkles or misalignment.
• Load/unload rolls up to 25 lbs, box finished products, and log production data.
• Maintain a clean workspace and perform basic preventive maintenance.
