Label Production Administrator/Proofreader

NutraScience Labs is a full-service provider of dietary supplement manufacturing, graphic design, and product packaging services. Headquartered in Farmingdale, New York, the firm excels at providing new and established brand owners with dedicated account management, competitive pricing, rapid product turnaround times, and superior quality nutraceuticals that are manufactured in accordance with mandated cGMP guidelines.

NutraScience is currently seeking a full-time, on-site, Label Production Administrator to be a liaison between our clients, vendors, and account executives in effort to accurately and efficiently produce high-quality labels and packaging for our products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain correspondence with clients regarding label submissions.
• Proof labels, and packaging such as boxes and packets for grammar.
• Obtain customer, lab, and internal signed approvals for printing.
• Send label instructions to labs and coordinate label shipments to manufacturing partners.
• Report proofing time spent per label for appropriate billing.
• Match Quote Request Form, to Batch Sheet, to Supplement Fact Panel to Label.
• Place POs for Labels.
• Handle requests and filing for Certificates of Authenticity.
• Maintain up-to-date record of label activity for weekly updates to internal sales department.
