Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Label Operations Manager for the S12 Summit West facility in Summit, NJ. You will lead the Label Operations team, ensure GMP-compliant label issuance, and drive site-wide label control initiatives for clinical and commercial products.

You will oversee daily activities, develop staff, and coordinate with Regulatory and Quality to meet product launches and regulatory expectations. Onsite night shift and cross-functional collaboration are core aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biologics, cell therapy, or cGMP manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with team performance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Label Operations team at Summit, NJ to ensure label management
• Coordinate daily activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs
• Develop staff, provide coaching, and manage labeling projects for clinical and commercial products
