Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is looking for a Label Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you aren’t just pushing buttons—you are the "pilot" of your equipment. You will be responsible for operating label machines efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

Potential Shifts:

What You’ll Do:

Own Your Production: Setup and operate label machines to meet daily deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset.

Troubleshoot & Improve: Use your mechanical aptitude to diagnose malfunctions and find root-cause solutions rather than "Band-aid" fixes.

Drive Precision: Monitor close tolerances and use our ERP system to log materials and time accurately.

Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, always prioritizing the well‑being of yourself and your teammates.
