The role offers 1st and 2nd shift openings, weekly pay, and long-term growth potential in a leading label manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing or printing finishing experience is a plus, with an emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Printing, converting, or finishing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect labels for quality, accuracy, and customer specifications.
• Operate finishing and rewinding equipment.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Verify production orders and job specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
