Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks capable leaders to join our team of BCBAs and LABAs in advancing clients’ development through ABA therapy. This on-site role in Spokane Valley emphasizes guidance, collaboration with families and schools, and hands-on supervision of Behavior Technicians.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to ABA excellence.
• BCaBA certification or LABA license, or eligible to apply.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify appropriate goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

• Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
