Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery experience.
• Experience developing training materials and curricula.
• Mentoring trainers and partnering with department leaders to ensure training plus compliance.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Experience training employees; proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• Laboratory experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
