Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with documentation best practices by maintaining accurate and thorough records.
• Record data manually on data collection forms and enter data using a computer.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and detailed records of tests performed.
• Adhere to laboratory best practices and safety procedures.
• Handle chemicals and cleaners while following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE, including lab coats, gloves, and protective eyewear.
• Follow established protocols and training accurately.
• Recognize deviations from test methods or expected results.
• Communicate observations or anomalies found during testing promptly and clearly.
• Monitor test progress and keep the requestor informed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adapt to changes in protocols or procedures as needed.
• Identify when escalation to a supervisor or test owner is required.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and patience.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Required Qualifications
