Job summary

Ezurio is seeking a Testing Lab Supervisor in Irvine, onsite, to lead a team of technicians in product testing, quality assurance and compliance. The role ensures procedures are accurate, safe, and aligned with ISO/CLIA/CAP standards, while managing lab resources and supporting process improvements.

A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field is required, with 3–5 years in a testing or analytical lab and at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a testing or analytical lab, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of lab safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with LIMS and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily lab activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with ISO, CLIA, CAP and internal protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment for accuracy.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Monitor lab safety and environmental health standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to support product development.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and procurement.
• Prepare reports for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
