Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Working knowledge of analytical laboratory instrumentation and testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the laboratory instrumentation and validation SME, providing guidance and training to chemists.
• Lead instrument validation activities and ensure compliance with validation protocols and procedures.
• Maintain uninterrupted laboratory testing capabilities through equipment support, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage laboratory instrumentation including HPLC, ICP, and GC systems.
• Develop and communicate prioritized schedules for instrument maintenance, validation activities, and change requests.
• Coordinate validation and method documentation within M-Files.
