Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years in industry.
• Working knowledge of analytical lab instrumentation and testing.
• Strong GMP and GDP understanding.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Organized with ability to elevate issues as needed.
• Experience leading meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrument validation activities and ensure protocol compliance.
• Maintain lab testing capabilities through maintenance and calibration.
• Manage laboratory instrumentation including HPLC, ICP, GC systems.
• Coordinate validation documentation in M-Files and change control.
• Train chemists on instrument troubleshooting and best practices.
• Support CAPA investigations and nonconformities.
• Provide routine project status updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
