Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Lab Technician to join the Rubber Lab in Charlotte, NC. You will perform routine technical tasks under supervision, weigh, mix, cure, and record data to ensure high quality, while maintaining safety practices.

You will collaborate with scientists and support functions, prepare equipment, handle vendor and supply tasks, and contribute to documentation and data integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of lab industry experience.
• 1+ years of general work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven focus, always with safety top of mind.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to document experimental results accurately.
• Committed to following work instructions and training procedures precisely.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel data entry, MS Office, SharePoint).
• Able to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.

Base Pay Range: $21 - $31

The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
