Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience in a technical field preferred.
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or engineering support environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automated systems.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, test fixtures, and data collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and organize engineering laboratory facilities and equipment.
• Support engineers with the setup, execution, and documentation of laboratory tests and experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test fixtures, robotic systems, and laboratory equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory tools, instruments, and testing hardware.
• Assemble, modify, and repair test fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Monitor test activities and ensure accurate data collection throughout test execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams to support development and validation activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab efficiency, reliability, and uptime.
